Partnership Specialist with Polish and English

As a Partnership Specialist you will be the interface between TlMOCOM and our system partners. You will constantly develop new strategies for changing markets.
Your area of operations will be Polish TMS and ERP market.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Management and development of technical, commercial & strategic partnerships with TMS & ERP providers to drive the digital networking of the industry,
  • In order to establish and expand potential and existing partnerships, you will systematically monitor the market, develop new business models/fields and implement them,
  • Support the best solutions for joint customers, by taking into account the requirements and needs of our system partners,
  • Intensive exchange with various internal contacts, in particular Product Management, Key Account Management & Strategic Account Management.

What is required to work with us:

  • Background in the transport or logistics industry and a high affinity for IT,
  • Several years of professional experience in the development of new digital business models or in partner management,
  • Experience in sales or project management (preferably at the software supplier),
  • To ensure that you can communicate well with your international customers and colleagues, you must be fluent in business Polish and English (min. C1),
  • An analytical mindset, a high degree of initiative and the ability to work in a team complete your profile as a candidate for this role.
  • In addition: readiness for business trips to Germany (frequency: every 1 or 2 months).

Important information: part of the onboarding process may possibly take place at our location in Germany (Erkrath).

Additional skills (nice to have):

  • German language skills.
